Production Supervisors

Titan Staffing Solutions has partnered with an industry leader to support its continued growth and expansion.  The Production Team Leader is a critical member of the leadership team and will be responsible for safely leading the day-to-day manufacturing operations in the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervises the daily activities of assigned staff, providing coaching and performance feedback to ensure that productivity and quality objectives are met or exceeded. 
• Identifies and resolves process and equipment problems, using available resources to maintain productivity and quality. 
• Adhere to production schedule, communicate any necessary changes across all shifts, coordinate and communicate between support functions and other production departments and shifts. Manage headcount to deliver customer demand and maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain Safety training for all employees to develop a highly functional safety culture.
• Identify equipment downtime and machine problems and work with our maintenance staff to resolve issues leading to inefficiencies. Is responsible for maximizing the availability and up-time of all plant equipment.
• Develops and maintains a positive, productive relationship and works closely with other departments, providing feedback to adjust plans as needed and make sure that the customer’s needs are satisfied.
• Drive Quality Assurance activities in the facility to ensure that products meet standards and specifications.

Qualifications:

• AS/BS Preferred (Will consider experience)
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing Systems Strongly Desired
• 2+ Years Manufacturing Leadership
• People-Centric Leadership Style
• Strong communication at all levels of the organization
