HR Generalist
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our growing HR team in our food manufacturing company. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent, screen and interview candidates, and extend offers.
- Onboarding: Lead new employee orientation, ensuring a positive onboarding experience and timely completion of all necessary paperwork.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including open enrollment, COBRA administration, and employee questions.
- Compliance: Stay current on HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive HR processes and systems improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Generalist role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
