Job Title: Preventative Maintenance Pillar Leader (National)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Remote with Travel
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Preventative Maintenance Pillar Leader to join our team. The Preventative Maintenance Pillar Leader will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the preventive maintenance program. The successful candidate will work closely with the maintenance team and other stakeholders to ensure the effective and efficient operation of equipment and systems. The Preventative Maintenance Pillar Leader will lead the development of maintenance standards, procedures, and best practices to maximize equipment uptime, improve reliability, and reduce costs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the preventive maintenance program for all equipment and systems
- Develop and maintain equipment maintenance standards, procedures, and best practices
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action process for equipment failures
- Work with production team to schedule and plan maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget and ensure compliance with financial targets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Provide technical support to the maintenance team and other stakeholders
- Develop and implement a training program for maintenance personnel
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for the maintenance program
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and methodologies
- Experience in developing and implementing maintenance standards, procedures, and best practices
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems
